  I recently went the ginger bread man for lunch with my hubby. He order piri piri chicken burger. I order steak. When it came. It looked lovely, for some reason I turned my steak over and it had black bits all over the under side of my steak. When the woman who worked there came over I asked what it was to be told "it's pepper all places season steaks now, u need to ask for no seasoning if u don't like it". To which she took it away and had me a fresh one done. By the time mine came out my hubby had nearly eaten his. ( which he said was nice). When she brought it out again she said " everywhere puts seasoning on it these days". I answered. " well everywhere I have been has not". The only thing I can think of was it was a steak that had already been sent back as if they season all the steaks ( bearing in mind I could of been allergic to pepper ). Then why was the pepper on the under side of my steak and not on top. I have been here several times before and food been lovely but it's fair to say I won't be going back because of the food and the woman's attitude

  The food is absolute shocking. Service isn't great. The only good thing about this place is the play area for the kids.
